*PLEASE NOTE: For those who wish to extend the conversation and dive deeper into their wellness goals, a $100 fee applies for sessions extending to 30 minutes. This ensures you receive the focused attention and expert insights needed to make informed decisions about your health. Should you decide to move forward with Dr. Sandra within 30 days, your initial $100 fee will be credited directly towards your annual membership. It’s our way of investing in your commitment to better health.

Begin Your Journey
Once you decide to move forward, let Dr. Sandra or our team know by email and we'll reach out and help you set up your patient account. After that, you’ll be ready for your first comprehensive health assessment with Dr. Sandra! This visit will establish your starting point and create a personalized plan to achieve your wellness goals.​

During this time, you’ll get to know Dr. Sandra, share your wellness goals, and see if her root-cause, whole-person approach aligns with your needs.
